Yes, 

their pros and cons are 

+ base completely on free software
+ themes support
+ panel applets

- file manager not stable
- file manager has no trash can (!)
- help functions need more work

The author has been surprise to find Enlightenment as part of the GNOME
package, although GNOME claims to be window manager independent.The
author also resumes, that the 1.0 release comes to early.
Unfortunately it is not clear, which version 1.0.x has been tested.
The article has been written before mid April. I guess, that 
it might be more or less a review of the original 1.0 release.

The article is not a GNOME versus KDE comparison.
