Subject: irregular behavior of URL icons

Being able to drag links from netscape to the desktop is so cool. One
wierd thing is that when I move one of those URL files to some other
folder, they no longer open up a web page when I double click on them.
This would be greatly helpful since I like to have a lot of these icons,
but want the in a "Web" subfolder on my desktop to avoid clutter. Thanks.
