Actually, the first thing we would want to know are things
like:
- What OS
- What version of the OS
- What versions of the GNOME components
- Did you install from RPM's or tarballs (or dpkg or ...) . Which RPM's?
Without this type of information, it's hard to evaluate
a bug report.
