Window manager capplet bug?

Hi,

I'm running the latest release of the control center, except when i
click on the window manager capplet, i get the following error on the
console:

** ERROR **: No window manager desktops found!
aborting...

and the capplet itself doesn't appear...

As I have enlightenment 0.15.4 actually running, I'm pretty sure this
isn't the desired behaviour.

This is with gnome-libs1.0.5, gnome core 1.0.4, on redhat 5.2.
