no README.install in gdm-0.7.1

Hi guys.

Decided to play with gdm.  So I downloaded the gdm-0.7.1 tarball and
went to try it.

First I got this error during compilation:

make[2]: Entering directory `/home/workspace/gdm-0.7.1/po'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../src/gdmxdmcp.c', needed by
`gdm.pot'.  Stop.

Also, the README file refers to a file named README.install.
Unfortunately this doesn't appear to be included with the tarball.
