it's in E 0.15 development version.. whihc XA atoms in particular does
it need.. i have taken the proposal of the icewm peopl and rearranged
it just a little. I'll be putting up an official doc sometime soon -
subject to change of course. I've added soem hints too. I'm going to
kick this discussion back in again.. :)
