Re: help a newbie with WM's?



I'm running IceWM at the moment.  It's small, fast, and it does virtual desktops
the way I want it to.  I never really maximize windows, and I run the panel in
auto-hide, so I never worry about it being covered up.  The panel is what you
want for the taskbar stuff, and the IceWM has a pseudo-taskbar of it's own,
kinda like Windows-OS/2.

Look it up on freshmeat and give it a try
