gtk+ bug? cdplayer applet and theme switching

There was a thread about the panel minimizing arrows getting a black
background when switching themes lately.

The cdplayer applet has a similar problem. The buttons get all black
when changing theme. The panels arrows still have the problem by the
way. Plus the panel's background color doesn't change.

This is all anoncvs from Nov 23 (glib,gtk+,gnome-libs,gnome-core).
