SL) Hello. I am trying to compile gnome (I have already gotten GTK+
SL) themes to work; i.e., I have compiled glib, gtk+, imlib, and
SL) gtk-engines without any problems and tested them), but I get the
SL) following error message when I try to do the ./autogen.sh
SL) --prefix=/usr/local/gnome --with-gtk-prefix=/usr/local/gnome in
SL) the libIDL directory I get from CVS:
SL) processing . You should add the contents of
SL) `/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to `aclocal.m4'. aclocal:
SL) /usr/local/gnome/share/aclocal/gimp.m4: 8: duplicated macro
SL) `AM_PATH_GIMP' aclocal: /usr/local/gnome/share/aclocal/gtk.m4:
SL) 7: duplicated macro `AM_PATH_GTK' aclocal:
SL) /usr/local/gnome/share/aclocal/imlib.m4: 9: duplicated macro
Fix your duplicated macro errors and your problems should disappear.
Try searching for duplicated macro files in /usr/share/aclocal,
/usr/local/gnome/share/aclocal, etc. I.e. make sure there is only one
file (gtk.m4, etc.) spanning all the aclocal include directories.
