Maybe, maybe not.  It certainly shouldn't be too hard to program a rough
prototype, then we can see how unwieldy the code is.  Unfortunately, I am
disappearing for a couple of weeks, so don't count on any code from me
quick.  If the idea is still around with no code, I might just try it.
