Gnome Help browser and the LANG setting

Well, i was looking around the gnome project and i noticed some kind
of bug in da help system. Well, i was having with LANG environment var 
set to 'fr' so that Windowmaker works with the french menu(and also
the shell messages were in french), and i noticed that gnome-helper
just can't find any of the help stuff, 'cuz it was looking for some
usr/locale/share/gnome/fr directory (not sure on the exact path, but
ya got the idea) for its html-like pages and didn't found them. Yet,
setting LANG back to '' (or 'C') just works fine since the <xxxx>/C
directory exists... 

May be it would be a good thing to have the C directory as a default
directory when the LANG directory is not found....
