It is not, but I can add it, of cause. Well, I looked at the sources of
midnight commander (mc-4.1) and the fileutils (3.16) and I'd prefer usign
the suff from fileutils, the files are basically the same, but not all
changes mc did seemed reasonable to me.

If now someone could please tell me where I can find the diskusage applet
(I didn't find it in gnome-core/applets) I can 'cvs import' mountlist.c
and fsusage.c from fileutils and make them work for the applet.

Well, we have a GNU df on SunOS 4.1.3 (fileutils-4.12) at the university,
and I can try to compile GNU fileutils on BSDI 3.0 and DEC OSF/1 V3.0 so
perhaps we can use its code on various systems so that we don't need to
integrate them in libgtop.

At least on SunOS, our GNU df is really NOT SUID root and NOT SGID
anything, it's just mode 0755 - but libgtop needs to have a SGID kmem
server. This would mean that the diskusage applet would have to need to
fork a server and pass all requests to that server rather than making them
directly.

So if we do not need to use it in libgtop (if requesting the desired
information does not need any priviledges), we should try to use it
directly. And I said, I can do this - if anyone tells me where to find
this diskusage applet ...
