I've updated my Metadata docs with the rest of the email I
still had on my computer as well as reorganizing a little bit.

Feedback is welcome!  Knowledgable input on subjects I've had to leave blank
(CORBA, LDAP, VFS, etc.) are even more welcome!

Here are my changes entries; these entries are in the Appendix under "Changes
to this Document" for quick reference.

- Added more examples to The "What use is Metadata" section
- Added to the Problems with Icon Files section
- Added to the Problems with Next to Regular Files section 
- Added a section on whether Fallbacks are better used only as fallbacks or to
  detect object type first
- Reorganized the Framework section
- Added Russell Nelson's proposed API to the library API section.
