Compiling from snapshots (NOT CVS) - wheres ./macros ?

Hi,

I'm trying to compile from the snapshots at Jim Picks site, and
d/load the kits; the directories ./macros ./intl ./support and sundry
files
./ltconfig , ./ltmain.sh, ./config.{guess,sub, .h.in} are missing.

Where are they to be found (I'm behind a firewall and can't CVS).
