I grabbed this morning principal modules from CVS and recompiled GNOME
from the beginning. When configuring gnome-libs, I got for the first
time the following message:
**Warning**: You must have Gtk installed to compile Gnome. I cannot
find it installed in the usual places. (...)
Is this because of some problem on my part ? gtk+ is installed in
/usr/local. I usually disable the build of static libs of most packages.
Perhaps can I ignore it, as the configuration terminated without problems.
