Hmm... Can you install sgml-common before installing the other packages and
then A) have everything work, or B) come up with new errors?  rpm-2.4.x is
able to tell when there are dependencies in scripts, but rpm-2.3.x cannot.  I
believe these packages were made with rpm-2.3.x (Have to ask Mark, though).

(sgml-common is where the install-catalog command is -- if you can get that
installed first, these particular errors should go away.)
