BTW now only applet-lib.h is required .... to build an applet now all
you have to do is build the panel, and add -I and -L switches to the
build of the applet to point to the panel directory where it was
built, and link with libpanel_applet ... simple :)

We should definately make the thing get installed so that people wishing
to build applets don't have to build the panel or keep the panel build
dir around
