i'm sorry for wasting bandwidth based on my own stupidity.. mico wouldn't
compile because i was using a (buggy) libstdc++ from egcs while trying to
compile with gcc. it works now :). if anyone else switches between gcc and
egcs frequently, they might want to save this mail or try and remember to
watch for that.
