trouble compiling gnome-libs-0.13

I am trying to get this to compile and get an error message indicating
that the following is undefined:
DTK_TOOLBAR_CHILD_BUTTON
I have gnome-libs version 0.13 and dtk+ version 0.99.3 which the README
in gnome-libs says is needed.
Any help would be appreciated.
