Um, hard to assign a number.  It interprets the protocol, but it needs
some command-line argument handling to actually work with linuxconf.
Well, it needs some command-line argument handling before we can find
out whether it works with linuxconf.  I was working on that recently
but got distracted by other stuff, <sigh>.
