I've done this as well as I can.

The main page for window manager info is now:

This has links to Raster's MWM hints implementation, Marko's extended
("icewm") hints, and the X Session Management Protocol.

Please send email to the list if there are changes that must be made.
I will keep the main page as up-to-date as possible.
