compilation of 0.20 under FreeBSD problem.

First, it doesn't add /usr/local/lib into the LDFLAGS, so that has
to be done manually at configure time. Hopefully, this can be changed.

Second, I can figure out what libintl.h is, and what it is.

Here is the build error in gnome-libs:

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I.. -I./.. -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/local/lib/glib/include -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/X11R6/include
-DNEED_GNOMESUPPORT_H -I../support -I../support
-DGNOMELIBDIR=\"/usr/local/lib\" -DGNOMEDATADIR=\"/usr/local/share\"
-DGNOMEBINDIR=\"/usr/local/bin\" -DGNOMELOCALSTATEDIR=\"/usr/local/var\"
-DGNOMELOCALEDIR=\"/usr/local/share/locale\" -I/usr/local/lib/glib/include
-I/usr/local/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -g -O2 -c -fPIC -DPIC
