libgnome depending on libintl (was Re: Building errors.)

I think that libgnome should require -lintl instead of the gnome programs. 

My point is: all the programs that depend on libgnome are going to need
the -lintl (althoug the program wasn't internationalized), so why don't
link the libgnome with the -lintl...

IMHO, no one library should have unresolved symbols (ok, most of the gnome/gtk
libs do, but it's because the libtool doesn't handle interdependences between
non-installed libs...)
