Express 0.0.4

Express 0.0.4 is out, get it at:

http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~conradp/express/

This version actually allows some rudimentary surfing, but it doesn't like
relative urls. Multiple window support has been hashed out until we can
find a way to get it to work within gtk-xmhtml's callback structure.

There is now a mailing list for Express development, if you'd like to get
involved check the web page for instructions on joining.
