GNOME Bugtracking System

What's going on with the GNOME Bugtracking System? On one hand, it looks
like many items get addressed quickly. On the other hand, there are 95
incoming items going back as far as August.

Chances are some of the older bugs are no longer relevant, but someone
should still go through and clean them. I'm willing to volunteer to do
bug routing and cleanup if it's a manpower problem. I would need a
bugtracking account of course.
