Define "wm menus".

If you meant "the menus that the window manager generates" then no. Having
the window manager generate menus that the application should handle is
Lame(tm).

However, nothing is stopping you from creating a theme that makes the
menus look and feel like wm menus, and I think that would indeed be quite
slick.
