Hi,

    Since about a week, I'm having the same problem as you have. I removed (I
hope) any previous installation of Gnome on my system, but that same error
keeps bothering me. I found out that the IDL Compiler, orbit-idl wasnt
generating all the files it should, thats why the function prototypes weren't
found.
If you found out how to compile ORBit, could you please tell me how you did
it ?
