LibGTop: Ported to NetBSD 1.2.4 and OpenBSD 2.4

Just to let you all know,

the BSD port of the current version of LibGTop from CVS is now working on
the following systems:

	FreeBSD 2.2.7
	FreeBSD 3.0
	NetBSD 1.2.4
	OpenBSD 2.4

On NetBSD and OpenBSD you don't get all the features at the moment and I
have not yet verified whether all of the returned data are valid, but it
should be possible to use all the applets in gnome-core and GTop with
it - but I did not try this out yet.
