If someone actually implement s this stuff, in the capplet should allow
loading/switching of entire keybinding themes, for example, windows,
unix/emacs, etc. Maybe there is a nice way to fit this into the themes
for E and gtk+, thought there should be an option not to load the keyboard
theme. In fact, maybe the theme editor can allow separate selectoin of
themes, for example, only use the gtk+ and keyboard theme but not the E
theme. Hmmmm, maybe if I get some time...
