Almost certainly other people have other problems with this tarball
or
one of the binary RPMS, but it would be nice to know which to be
able to
	fix them.

Or is my tarball really working ?

Well... on an otherwise working networked machine (Linux RH5.1 w/ all errata
updates applied, all GNOME v0.20 required packages installed such a guile,
etc. All GNOME v0.13 and v0.20 RPMs, including MICO, have been removed. It's
otherwise network capable stuff such as NIS client, autofs, Samba,
AppleShare/IP, etc.) I get the following errors and warnings:

	[root@mtngt2xxs /root]# panel &
	[1] 24869
[root@mtngt2xxs /root]# message: Initializing CORBA for panel

** WARNING **: Attempt to remove connection 0x809a348 - not on
active list

	** WARNING **: file orbit-glue.c: line 589 (panel_corba_gtk_init):
assertion "ev._major == CORBA_NO_EXCEPTION" failed.
	Saving to [/panel.d/default/]
	Saving session: 1 2 3 4

	Saving session: 1 2 3 4

** ERROR **: Could not communicate with the panel

Bottom line: I am unable to start any applets. However this DOES fix for me
the problem where I couldn't even start the panel, which I had with the
originally released gnome-core-v0.28.tar.gz a few days ago.

Thanks,
-j
