panel menu configuration /balsa

hey guys please tell me how i can add my own and delete programs in the
gnome panel menu!
i only can add apps and programs to the panel but i want to add my own
programs!
and where can i change the icons of gnome i want to use the icons if a
homepage alternative
 and
please tell me where i get a werking version of ablsa
the cvs stuff dont compile always breaks off with error
ansd the 0.0.3 binary dont start gives me and error line
