not as of this moment ....
what is missing are hints to deal with virtual desktop WMs ...
two are needed,
set a window STICKY ... then we can have a nodecor sticky window that the
wm knows about as the panel, this way windows will not get placed on it
(especially now it's quite unusable if it's on top of the screen and you
have automatic window placement)
the other one would be good for other things (including multiple panel
support and good session saving ... you need to SET_DESKTOP ...
currently, you can't .. what if you move your app to desktop two and
leave, even if the app gets it's position it's gonna only know the
current virtual screen position ... so everything will start in desktop
0)
as far as I can see these are the only two hints that seem to be needed
right now ... and they _ARE_ needed for a well behaved SM and panel
