Re: WM hints again!!!!!! (was: Re: A bunch of bug reports)

->
-> not as of this moment ....
->
-> what is missing are hints to deal with virtual desktop WMs ...
->
->  two are needed,
->
-> set a window STICKY ... then we can have a nodecor sticky window that the
-> wm knows about as the panel, this way windows will not get placed on it
-> (especially now it's quite unusable if it's on top of the screen and you
->  have automatic window placement)
->
-> the other one would be good for other things (including multiple panel
-> support and good session saving ... you need to SET_DESKTOP ...
-> currently, you can't .. what if you move your app to desktop two and
-> leave, even if the app gets it's position it's gonna only know the
-> current virtual screen position ... so everything will start in desktop
->  0)
->
-> as far as I can see these are the only two hints that seem to be needed
-> right now ... and they _ARE_ needed for a well behaved SM and panel

no. need 2 more "ALWAYS_ONTOP" and "ALWAYS_BELOW" - the panel has to
set "ALWAYS_ONTOP" so it is NEVER obscured by anything else the WM
creates or manages.
