new GTK+ based IRC client

If someone's interested, I made yet another gtk irc (yagIRC :), home page
is at http://www.sicom.fi/~ikioma/yagirc.html. I wouldn't mind if someone
would make gnome support for it, I haven't even learned gtk very well
yet.. I think this is quite working irc already with just couple of weeks
of coding, there's even DCC support already :)
