Look in $exec_prefix/lib/gnome-libs/include. See support/ChangeLog for
talk about $(includedir)/gnomesupport and $(pkglibdir)/include.
See also the ChangeLog for `gnomeConf.sh'.

finding <argp.h>. Does it use `gnomeConf.sh' to get include and library
search information? (It should)
