argp? and g++/mico

Some problems:

(1) Where is argp.h? (which package). Can someone please do a
    'rpm -qf /usr/include/argp.h', please?

(2) What combination of g++ / egcs / libstdc++ is needed to get c++
programs to
    compile.. I'm getting
    /usr/include/g++/iostream/h:91: parse error before '__extension__'
with
    libstdc++-2.8.1-1, the latest RPM I've found, when I try to compile
with mico-c++.
