Good question. The API has been somewhat in flux. The version described
by that specification is implemented only in gnome-keyring version 3.0.
A few previous versions implemented various 'in progress' dialects of
the Secret Service API.

As an aside, note that gnome-keyring version 3.0 builds with both gtk+2
and gtk+3.
