GNOME Journal's publishing date

Hello,
Luis Villa asked me on #bugs if the GNOME Journal's publishing date was
delayed. He thought that the GNOME Journal was published at the very
same time than GNOME.
Actually, i think it would be pretty cool to publish the GNOME Journal
one week or so before the GNOME's release. We could then bring some
excitment to our readers.
What do you think ?
