Related to #687.

The lorry controller needs access to the gnome mirrors gitlab https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Mirrors.

The simplest way of doing this would be to create an access token for the Infrastructure/Mirrors group.

Is it possible to create an access token for this group?
