Documents has not had a release since 3.34, and speaking as a maintainer I don't think it will be seeing a release in the near future. Its use is also questionable, and it depends on tracker 2 - which isn't shipped by current distributions. The upgrade to tracker 3 is blocked on gnome-online-miners, but that also hasn't seen many changes as of late.
