Ondrej Holy created an issue #544:

I made by mistake nautilus-40 release instead of nautilus-40.0 (see GNOME/nautilus#1807) and installed the tarball over ftpadmin install. I wonder whether it is possible to remove the wrong tarball from download.gnome.org somehow?
