please create the "Calls" repository in the GNOME namespace.

• Repository name: calls
• Source: empty (new repo from scratch)
• Maintainers: @jsparber and myself (@devrtz)

Background: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/calls is moving to GNOME infrastructure, see GNOME/gnome-build-meta#363 (comment 1136104)
