Sam Thursfield created an issue: #637

Currently openqa.gnome.org uses gitlab.com for OpenID authentication. We should use gitlab.gnome.org.

Proposed steps:

1. Register a new instance application on gitlab.gnome.org.
   • Callback URL should be: https://openqa.gnome.org/login
2. Privately send me the new app ID and secret
3. I will update /root/openqa/workdir/data/conf/openqa.ini on openqa.gnome.org and restart the service
4. Everyone gets to recreate their account \o/
