Some are super obvious and should just be committed and closed. So I'd like the bit that allows to commit and close merge requests across GNOME. Why is there a reporter permission though, shouldn't anyone be able to report a bug?
Example: GNOME/gdm!109. It's a typo fix. This was always ok to commit, policy is also confirmed again on that Discourse link.
