1. The list name: https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/buildstream-list
2. The rationale on why the mailing list should be archived (i.e project unmaintained): Apparently the mailing list has been discontinued without raising an issue. See the following email: https://mail.gnome.org/archives/buildstream-list/2020-July/msg00002.html
3. Whether the list should be aliased to a specific other mailing list address: N/A
4. The email mentions an auto responder. IMO it's better to just close the list. It's been a few months, also easier to see which lists should be migrated to Discourse.

Additional information

Please remember we only remove the list information, subscriptions and NOT the archives themselves which are kept around for historical reasons.
