@aday, @amrowsell: I went ahead and landed the following improvements:
- Removed the AccountsTeam wiki section all together and unified with https://wiki.gnome.org/Infrastructure
- Revamped the /Infrastructure space adding more user level information and documentation
- Revamped /Infrastructure/NewAccounts landing the mentioned suggestions
- Landed a couple of Infrastructure related URLs on wiki.g.o's homepage
