GNOME/gvfs> CI fails on the gcc175-flatpak runner with the following error:

$ sudo ninja -C build install
sudo: unable to change to root gid: Operation not permitted
sudo: unable to initialize policy plugin

Other runners with x86_64 tag work fine. Any idea what is wrong?
