World/ would be really weird because libhandy is a core dependency and core isn't allowed to depend on world.
GitLab's World/ is completely different from release team's world, so it wouldn't cause any technical problems or anything. It'd just be weird. Seems like it's clearly fit for GNOME/ anyway.
