Thanks, https://wiki.gnome.org/action/login/CodeOfConductCommittee/Members shows "immutable page" now. (Uh, shouldn't I be able to edit it?)

But https://wiki.gnome.org/action/login/CodeOfConductCommittee doesn't let me add a similar ACL; also gives me the "You can't change ACLs on this page since you have no admin rights on it!" error.
