Please note: It would be extremely beneficial if that redirect also worked correctly when further URL parameters are present, as that's a quite common use case (for example on wiki pages or in damned-lies). Examples:

• https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=L10N&component=Spanish%20[es] or
• https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?&component=Spanish%20[es]&product=L10N

I'm afraid I miss the regex skills myself for that though. :-/
